Grain Classifier
The Vibro Grader Classifier is a highly efficient machine designed for precise grading of grains and materials based on their size. With its advanced design, it effectively removes large impurities like sticks, husks, and leaves, as well as smaller impurities such as dirt and sand. The machine features two or three decks, each performing specific tasks: the first deck removes oversized material, the second deck eliminates fine dirt and sand, and the third deck separates smaller grain particles. Its adjustable settings, including screen inclination, stroke, and throw angle, ensure perfect and uniform classification for a wide range of applications, such as coffee, peanuts, corn, fried gram, beans, and peas.
Maintenance is made effortless with easily replaceable screens accessible through the swing-down inlet door, and the automatic screen cleaning system, featuring rubber balls, ensures maximum screen efficiency by preventing clogs.
